History
The Hotel Careni Villa Italia consists of two main bodies:the Hotel Villa Italia, a stately palace built in the 1920s and the adjacent Hotel Careni, a building of the late 60s.
The Hotel Villa Italia was inaugurated in 1923 as a summer colony of a bourgeois family in Turin. In the following years it was converted into a pension first and then a hotel. The Careni family,after twenty years of experience in the tourism sector, took over its management in 1983 and then took over its ownership at the end of the 90s.

The Hotel Careni,on the other hand, a classic building of the 60s with clean and tidy shapes, was born as a receptive structure under the sign Albergo Ondina and was purchased by the Careni family in 1990 from which it took its name.
Both facilities,at the turn of the new millennium, have undergone a complete and careful renovation to transform them into a single and modern hotel complex.
