What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out or before check-in?
Absolutely! If you arrive early and your room isn’t ready yet, or if you want to enjoy a final stroll before leaving, you can leave your luggage with us – we’ll take care of it!
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
How far is the beach?
The beach is just 70 metres away – just a few steps and you’ll have your feet in the sand! Most of our rooms also offer stunning front or side sea views.
Is the beach service included in the price?
Yes, the beach service is included in our holiday packages – you’ll have a beach umbrella and two sun loungers at one of our partner beach clubs.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we offer a covered and secure car park, available for a fee and available while spots last – guaranteed for guests who choose a holiday package.
Do you offer services for cyclists and/or sports enthusiasts?
Yes, we have a secure, video-monitored bike room with a repair area and several services for cycling lovers, including laundry, rentals, and single lift access.
Do you have a restaurant or a bar?
Yes, we offer full board and half board options in our large restaurant with customised menus and weekly events. We also have a bar to satisfy any of your cravings.
I have food intolerances and/or allergies – can you accommodate me?
Yes, we have been AIC-certified for over twenty years and we provide tailored dishes for vegetarians, vegans, and people with intolerances. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance so we can offer you the best possible service.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel and we do not charge any extra fee for their stay. We only ask that you follow our few rules, including the no-access policy for the dining room. There are also pet-friendly beaches nearby – we’ll be happy to point them out!
Do you organise city tours?
We don’t organise tours directly, but we collaborate with expert guides and professionals we can put you in touch with. We’re also happy to provide all the information you need to make your stay in Finale Ligure even more enriching.
Do you rent bicycles?
We don’t provide bike rentals directly, but we work with the best rental services in the area, offering top-quality bikes. So no worries if you didn’t bring your own – you’ll find the right one for you!
